Red Hen merch is sold by Red Hen and paid for here, on this website. Farm goods are sold by each farm and paid for in the Red Hen app, one farm per order, so each farm is paid for its own order. That’s why a t-shirt and a dozen eggs can’t go in the same cart.

Most farms on Red Hen offer pickup. In the Red Hen app, add a farm’s products to your cart and choose Pick up at checkout. The app shows the farm’s pickup hours, and you pay in the app when you order. Then collect your order from the farm during those hours. Need to check the spot or a time? Message the farm in the app.

Some farms ship some of their products, mostly meat, eggs, body care and honey. In the Red Hen app, look for Shipping on a product. At checkout, if your order can ship to your address, the app shows the shipping options and price. Shipping only appears when every item in your order can ship. Frozen items ship with dry ice, which costs extra. Everything else is for pickup or local delivery near the farm.
