Having trouble while using Red Hen?

Scroll down to review how others have troubleshooted similar problems in the past. This knowledge base will be periodically updated as often as needed to help you navigate Red Hen with success!

- First, check the spelling of your email address. The majority of those who have had this issue experienced it due to mispelling of their email when setting up the account
- Another option, is to force restart the app. You can do this in multiple ways:
  - If you are experiencing this problem during sign up, try updating your app if there is one available. If there is not an update available, close the app and re-open it. You may need to reset your cache if the problem persists
  - If you have already set up and account, you can force reset the email verification codes by resetting your password. Reset your password in the initial sign-in screen. Click “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions. If you are signed in, you can reset your pw by going to Reset Password in the Profile Tab.
- We experienced the majority of these problems in our first two weeks operating, and any bugs associated have been fixed with our most recent updates. Try the above methods to receive sign in.
- The “Quantity” field is where you enter the Total Amount of Available Products.
  - Example: If you are entering 20 dozen eggs for $7.99 each:
    Price: $5
    Quantity: 20
    From the Dropdown, Select: dz
- If you’re struggling with Stripe, you most likely tried to use the Sign-in with Google option. This option is curently broken via Stripe and at this time we are unable to create a solution withiin our App.
  - Return to the beginning of the sign in screen and sign up with the traditional ‘email’ and ‘password’ fields.
  - If you have an existing Stripe account with a Gmail you are using, and it is forcing you to use Sign in with Google, you will need to use a new email address.
